Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if I don’t have a design, but I have ideas and know pretty much what I want on my garments?
You are the very customer we are here to help. We can get you started with some ideas, put it all together for you, show it to you for your approval and then sew it out on your desired garments.
2. What if I have no artwork and no concrete idea of what I want?
We’re here to help make your decision making process easier. As long as you have colors you’d like to work with and some vague idea of what you want we can give you selections to choose from and help you make a decision on a design that’s right for you.
3. Can I give you my own digitized design?
Yes, if you happen to already have a digitized design we can work with it. If it is in cnd or expanded that will sewout best, otherwise changes will need to be made in order to sew it out as it was. Before we put it on an item, we still need you to approve the sewout.
4. My artwork is in vector or a bitmap. Can you digitize (the laborious task of converting the artwork into a digital form so it can be read by the software on the sewing machine) my design from that?
Our software is Vector based and we can use your artwork to digitize your design.
5. My artwork is not vector can it be scanned?
Yes, we can scan the image and use it to digitize your design.
6. Does every design look just as good on every item? Let’s say I have shirts, caps and jackets that all need the same design. Will the same design work on each one?
Excellent question, and the answer is no. For instance, the exact same design, which may look perfect on the shirt you choose, but may not sew well on your hat. The good news is, that’s just what we’re here for. We have the best equipment and software and our professionals can take your design, make the necessary changes to it and make it work on every item you order.
7. How large can my design be?
We have some of the largest sew fields in the industry.
On caps our sew field is 2.5” X 7” on the front. We can also sew the back and each side of each cap.
Left and right chest designs can be up to 4 X 4.
Jacket back designs can be as large as 17 X 12.

8. How many colors can my design have?
You can choose up to 16 different colors in a single design at no additional cost.

9. What types of items can be embroidered?
The list is very long. If you don’t see something on our site that you are looking for give us a call and we’ll let you know if we can get if for you. We are great a finding difficult items. Our number is 972-849-6100 or E-mail
10. What does it cost to set up a new design?
To set up a new design with up to 16 different colors:
Up to 4 X 4 including up to 8,000 stitches (depending on difficulty) = $75.00. Larger designs are based on detail and difficulty. Contact us to discuss a quote. E-mail or call 972-849-6100.
11. How much can I expect to pay for something embroidered?
Approximately $1.00 - $1.30 per thousand stitches, depending on the difficulty of the design.
12. Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
No, there’s usually no minimum. And no pressure to buy more than you need.
13. But do I get a discount if I happen to have a large order?
Yes, of course we give discounts for larger orders. And your order doesn’t need to be bulk to get those discounts. Just a dozen or two will get you a discounted price. Contact us at 972-849-6100 or E-mail and we can discuss it further.
14. Turn around time. Is my order going to take forever, I mean this is custom doesn’t that take along time?
Once, we have your artwork on our desks we can have a sewout ready for your approval within 3 – 5 business days depending on difficulty, fabrics chosen, number of stitches. After your approval on the sewout we can have your order to you within 7 – 14 business days.
15. Is RUSH service available?
Yes! Rush service is available. Please add 20% to the total of the order to cover rush service fees.
